Anna - Office Manager

Anna was born in Russia into a builder's family. After earning a degree in education, she moved to China to learn the language, where she found her passion in emergency and medical assistance, leading teams to support international travelers in crisis. In 2017, Anna moved to New Zealand, earned a degree in Business. She enjoys running, yoga, and advocates for holistic health. Anna is now an integral part of Eye For Detail, managing administration and client liaising, and supporting the company's business and organizational development, alongside the project management team.

Alex - Managing Director

Alex grew up on Eye For Detail construction sites and later worked for the company during school holidays. After earning a Bachelor of Graphic Design, he spent 2 years landscaping in Canada and 4 years as a lead deckhand on a superyacht, refining his finishing skills and raising client expectations.
He returned home and became a director of Eye For Detail in 2019, bringing the expertise needed to build on the company's 35-year legacy. Alex is committed to providing honest, fair, and transparent service, supported by his tight-knit, reliable, and family-oriented team.

Chris - Site Foreman

Chris grew up around family in the trade industry, which sparked his deep interest in construction. After studying accounting in university, Chris took a holiday job as a builder, which shifted his career path. Over the past 19 years, Chris has specialized in building high-end residential homes, focusing on both new builds and renovations. In his free time, he enjoys playing indoor bowls. Chris is now an essential member of the Eye For Detail team, managing sites as the primary point of contact for the Foreman and on-site crew, bringing his extensive experience and attention to detail to every project.
