1920s Bungalow Renovation
This 1920s bungalow was ready for a refresh. The kitchen, originally part of an old lean-to extension added in the 1980s, needed major structural work—especially the subframe and footings—to prepare for a new 1.5 x 4.5m bay window addition.
As part of the project, we removed one of the home’s chimneys to make way for the extension, installed two new sets of French doors, built a welcoming front porch, and extended the rear deck.
The result? A comfortable, stylish home our clients can enjoy in retirement. Goal achieved.
