A small extension that's made a huge impact

This 1920's bungalow needed a "pick-me-up". The kitchen is actually an old lean-to extension done in the 80's and the subframe/footings required some serious attention in preparation for our 1.5x4.5m bay window addition.

In addition to removing one of the homes chimneys to carry out our extension, we installed 2 new sets of French doors which, built a new front porch, and extended the rear deck. The final result: a home our clients can retire in, goal achieved.
